The Pittsburgh Steelers have added two players to their practice squad. Defensive tackle Domenique Davis and tight end Matt Sokol are the newest additions to the team.

Domenique Davis began his NFL journey with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent after the 2020 NFL Draft. After a hiatus from the league, he joined the Cincinnati Bengals in 2022, where he spent time on both their practice squad and active roster over two seasons. During his college career at North Carolina Charlotte, Davis played in 31 games, recording 123 tackles, including 51 solo stops, 15 tackles for loss, and six sacks.

Matt Sokol is returning to the Steelers' practice squad for a second time this season after initially joining during training camp. He entered the NFL with the Los Angeles Chargers following the 2019 NFL Draft and has since been part of several teams' practice squads, including those of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Detroit Lions, and New England Patriots. Sokol also had a stint on the Chargers' active roster. At Michigan State University, he played in 52 games with 31 receptions for 348 yards and two touchdowns.
