Current NFL players have once again voted on their Top 100 Players of 2024, and safety Minkah Fitzpatrick is among the Steelers to make the list. Fitzpatrick came in at No. 79 on the list, a drop from his No. 18 ranking in 2023.
Fitzpatrick was selected to his fourth Pro Bowl in 2023. He was second on the Steelers with 64 tackles, including 43 solo stops, despite missing six games due to injury. He also recorded three passes defensed and a tackle for a loss. Notably, he had a season-high of 11 tackles against the Rams last season; his career-high is 14 tackles against Cincinnati (2022) and Tennessee (2021).
The Steelers' 2022 Most Valuable Player has found success since being traded to the team in 2019. Over his six seasons in the NFL, Fitzpatrick has played in 89 career games, recording 510 tackles (336 solo), 19 interceptions, four forced fumbles, and five fumble recoveries.
Fitzpatrick was also honored with the 2024 Bart Starr Award, selected by his peers for outstanding character, integrity, and leadership on and off the field.
