The Pittsburgh Steelers will face the Baltimore Ravens in tonight's Wild Card game without starting right guard Mason McCormick. McCormick sustained a hand injury last week against the Cincinnati Bengals, sidelining him for this crucial match at M&T Bank Stadium.

McCormick, a rookie from South Dakota State and fourth-round draft pick, became an essential part of the Steelers' offensive line this season. He played in 17 games and started 14 after veteran James Daniels was placed on the Reserve/Injured List.

In McCormick's absence, Spencer Anderson is expected to fill the right guard position. Anderson initially started three games at left guard earlier this season due to Isaac Seumalo's injury. Reflecting on his role, Anderson stated, "Regardless if Mason broke his hand or not, you always have to be ready. You are one play away."

Additionally, Calvin Anderson has been activated from the Reserve/Injured List to join the active roster for tonight’s game. Signed by the Steelers in September, Calvin Anderson had previously been with teams such as the New England Patriots and Denver Broncos before joining Pittsburgh.

Calvin Anderson's career includes appearances in 46 games with 14 starts across various teams. His most notable stint was with Denver Broncos where he played all 16 games in 2020 and started multiple times over subsequent seasons.

For today's matchup against Baltimore Ravens, other inactive players for Pittsburgh include cornerback Cory Trice Jr., receivers Scotty Miller and Jamal Agnew, linebacker Preston Smith, and defensive end Dean Lowry.
