Allegheny Health Network (AHN) Cancer Institute has announced its cancer screening schedule for 2025, providing a range of options for early detection and prevention. The schedule, accessible on the AHN website, allows patients to undergo various cancer screenings during a single appointment.

Screening tests are available for breast, cervical, colorectal, head and neck, lung, prostate, and skin cancers based on eligibility. The 2025 plan includes expanded availability across multiple AHN locations to reduce barriers to preventive care. Notable initiatives include weekly clinics at AHN Cancer Institute Jefferson and AHN Cancer Institute Forbes and monthly Saturday events at different Western Pennsylvania sites.

Registration is now open for the first Saturday clinic of 2025, scheduled for January 11 at the AHN Cancer Institute Allegheny Valley in Natrona Heights. "Early detection is critical in improving cancer outcomes," stated James Betler, DO, director of the AHN Cancer Institute Growth and Outreach. He emphasized the institute's commitment to offering convenient services through its 2025 schedule.

Patients can book appointments by calling (412) 359-6665.
