The Pittsburgh Penguins are set to face the Minnesota Wild tonight at PPG Paints Arena, with puck drop scheduled for 7:00 PM. Fans can enter the arena starting at 6:00 PM. The game will be broadcast on SportsNet Pittsburgh and ESPN+, while radio coverage is available on 105.9 the X and through the Penguins app.

Pittsburgh, currently holding a record of 3-6-1, will don their third jerseys as they return home after an extended road trip. Their opponents, the Minnesota Wild, come into the matchup with a 5-1-2 record.

The Penguins have been successful against the Wild in recent years, earning points in ten of their last eleven meetings (9-1-1). They also hold a six-game home point streak against Minnesota dating back to January 25, 2018.

Fans attending tonight's game will receive a Team Calendar courtesy of Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. Additionally, special edition Marc-Andre Fleury merchandise will be available at PensGear during the game to commemorate his return to Pittsburgh.

Penguins' star players Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin have shown strong performances against Minnesota historically. Crosby has amassed 16 points in his last eight games versus the Wild, while Malkin has recorded multi-point efforts in five games this season alone.

Minnesota's goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury is expected to start tonight's game. Fleury spent thirteen seasons with Pittsburgh and was instrumental in securing three Stanley Cup titles for the team before moving on from the franchise.

The Penguins hope to continue their success against Minnesota as they aim to improve their current standing early in this NHL season.
