Michael Vellucci from Atco, NJ, inquired about the unique design of the Steelers helmet logo being on only one side. The tradition dates back to 1962 when Art Rooney Sr., founder of the Steelers, was approached by Republic Steel with the Steelmark logo. Initially placed on one side as a test, it became permanent after positive reception.

Mike Reibman from Merrick, NY asked about player adjustments during game delays due to lightning. Coach Mike Tomlin explained that strategic measures are taken by strength and nutrition staff to ensure players are adequately prepared for resumption. Food like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches is regularly available in locker rooms.

Gary Hetzel from Callahan, FL expressed concern over missing "SNR Live" in the app. The Steelers' live game day audio is geographically restricted to specific areas including Pittsburgh's Home Marketing Area and international locations like Mexico and Ireland.

John Markoski from Phoenix, AZ noted issues with accessing SNR Steelers Nation Radio app content. The same geographical restrictions apply as mentioned above.

Gisela Colaiuta from Woodland Hills, CA asked about special teams coach Danny Smith's gum-chewing habits. He chews Dubble Bubble gum during games.

Andrew Rowley from Pittsburgh, PA questioned how NFL officiating crews are assigned to games. Crews are assigned weekly by the league office and travel together to each game location.

Ron Taylor from West Point, IN sought clarification on injured reserve list rules. According to The Associated Press: "Players are put on the reserve/injured list — more commonly referred to as IR — when they have a football-related injury and need to miss at least a few weeks."

Tom McGreevey from Durham, NC asked about defensive play rules during a recent Steelers-Cowboys game. Coach Mike Tomlin clarified that defenders can make one continuous contact within five yards of scrimmage but maintaining continuous contact across the field is unrealistic.
