Bob Mack from Melbourne, FL, raised a question about the Pittsburgh Steelers' strategy involving Minkah Fitzpatrick during their game against Dallas. He expressed concern over Fitzpatrick being positioned far from the line of scrimmage. In response, it was clarified that Fitzpatrick's presence in the deep middle discourages quarterbacks from making deep throws and is considered a strategic move to counter players like CeeDee Lamb.

Ronnie Cap from Yankton, SD, inquired about the Steelers' practice schedule during a standard week with consecutive Sunday games. The schedule remains consistent whether games are home or away: Monday is for reviewing past performances; Tuesday is a day off; Wednesday through Friday involve meetings and practice sessions; Saturday includes more meetings and possibly light fieldwork.

Kurt Breitinger from Martinez, GA, attended a game at Lucas Oil Stadium where loud music played while the Steelers were on offense. Although not present at the game to verify this account, it was noted that NFL rules require audio to stop with 20 seconds left on the play clock or when the center touches the ball.

Keith Miller from Canton, NC, asked about teams moving to the AFC after the NFL-AFL merger in 1970. Besides the Steelers, both Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Colts transitioned into the AFC.

Mark Wakeley from Denton, TX, wondered if teams employ lip readers to decipher coaches’ sideline communications. While there are lip-reading classes and apps available, it was suggested that coaches cover their mouths out of caution due to previous incidents like those involving the New England Patriots.

Paul Fizpatrick from Lake Elmo, MN, expressed concern over potential consecutive losses by the Steelers. It was noted that during December 2023, they experienced three straight losses against Arizona, New England, and Indianapolis.

Valerie Ivkovich from Livingston, TX observed T.J. Watt using a tablet on the sidelines during a game against Dallas. Known for his dedication to studying opponents via video analysis post-game as well as preparing for upcoming matches by analyzing plays in real-time using technology.
