The INSPIRE program is designed to help caregivers who are facing a variety of challenges in caring for older loved ones. This program will discuss many issues caregivers may face when providing care.
Some topics included throughout the four-week course include:
- Learning options to make your best decisions
- Working through behavioral problems in older adults with dementia
- Finding resources and support
- Maximizing optimal physical and emotional health
- Private meetings with participants for individualized resources
