Two aggravated assaults reported on University of Pittsburgh-Pittsburgh Campus campus in 2017

There were 2 on-campus aggravated assaults in 2017 on the campus of University of Pittsburgh-Pittsburgh Campus, located in Pittsburgh, according to the most recent crime statistics available on the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) website.

In 2016, there were 3 aggravated assaults on the campus; and in 2015, there were 2 aggravated assaults. Overall, in the three year period from 2015 through 2017, 28 percent of on-campus aggravated assaults happened in residence halls. The following table shows how many of these on-campus criminal offenses were committed in residence halls:
