0.5 percent of Community College of Allegheny County students played sports on university teams in 2017-2018

In 2017-2018, 0.5 percent of Community College of Allegheny County students participated in collegiate sports, according to data made available by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).

Community College of Allegheny County has a total student body of 16,086 students, of which 54 percent are women and 46 percent are men. Of these students, 66 men and 14 women represented the school by participating in one or more of the sports with teams at the school.

This total does not include students playing intramural sports.

According to NCES, 8.7 percent of students enrolled at institutions of higher education with sports teams were on teams.

The sports at Community College of Allegheny County with the most participants are baseball (32), basketball (21) and bowling (13).
