The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed wide receiver Scotty Miller to a one-year contract. Miller, who has been in the NFL for six seasons, brings experience from 80 games, including 11 starts. Throughout his career, he has accumulated 90 receptions totaling 1,154 yards and six touchdowns. Additionally, he has carried the ball eight times for 81 yards and scored one rushing touchdown.
In the previous season with the Steelers, Miller participated in 13 games with one start, recording five receptions for 69 yards. Before joining the Steelers in 2024, Miller played for the Atlanta Falcons under offensive coordinator Arthur Smith. During his time with the Falcons in 2023, he appeared in all 17 games and secured 11 catches for 161 yards and two touchdowns.
Miller was initially drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the 208th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He spent four seasons with Tampa Bay, playing in 50 games and amassing 74 receptions for a total of 924 yards and four touchdowns.
His collegiate career at Bowling Green State University saw him play in 45 games with a notable record of starting in 34 of them. At Bowling Green, he achieved first-team All-MAC honors as a sophomore and received second-team honors as a senior.
