The Pittsburgh Steelers have secured linebacker Malik Harrison on a two-year contract. Originally drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft, Harrison has spent five seasons with them. During his career, he has played in 76 games, starting 35 of them, and accumulated 144 tackles, with 78 being solo efforts.

Harrison expressed confidence about his adaptability to the Steelers' defense. "It's my presence and how aggressive I am, and my versatility," he stated. "I can play inside, outside. I can do it all, special teams, I'm all over the place. So that's what I think I can bring."

He emphasized the significance of special teams: "Special teams is a core to this game, and I feel like it's important. You've got one play, and you've got to make that one play count."

Known for his aggressive style of play, Harrison remarked on his approach: "I've always just been the guy that's very aggressive; I don't shy away from contact. I feed off of contact."

In 2024, Harrison played in 15 games with seven starts and achieved career-highs in tackles (46), sacks (2), and special teams tackles (8). He was part of a Ravens defense ranked first against the run and second in sacks.

During 2023, he appeared in 14 games with eight starts contributing significantly to a top-performing Ravens defense.

Harrison's previous performances include blocking a crucial field goal attempt against Cleveland Browns in 2021. In college at Ohio State University, he recorded significant stats over his career there.
