Two days later, on February 18, 2025, she expressed concerns over governance issues involving powerful individuals. On February 19, 2025, Rep. Lee visited Gateway Middle School where she engaged with students about leadership and representation. "Had a great time yesterday visiting Gateway Middle School to tour their new school and talk with 5th graders about leadership, community, and why representation matters."
