The Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation is set to host its annual "Night of Assists Gala" on February 5, 2025, at the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh. This year's event will be presented by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and will feature a carnival theme.

The gala promises to offer a unique experience with the entire roster of Penguins players, coaches, and management attending. Guests can enjoy live music from the Studio E Band as they explore a seaside carnival atmosphere complete with traditional sights and sounds.

Proceeds from the event will support the four pillars of the Penguins Foundation: youth hockey, education, wellness, and community. Yvonne Maher, Executive Director of the Penguins Foundation, expressed enthusiasm about the event stating, “This is one of the most unique and special nights of the year for Penguins fans. It’s an opportunity to interact with our players and enjoy a festive evening, all while raising money for this community.”

Penguins players will participate as celebrity hosts for various interactive carnival games such as Chuck-A-Puck, Penguins Plinko, and a Giant Prize Wheel. These games provide fans with opportunities to meet their favorite players and win exclusive prizes. Additionally, an auction will feature items that appeal to any fan of the team.

Attendees can also enter to win prizes like a weekend trip to Boston for a Pirates vs. Red Sox game with a VIP tour of Fenway Park included.

The doors are scheduled to open at 7:00 PM with player introductions beginning at 7:45 PM. VIP access starts earlier at 6:00 PM. Tickets are currently available for purchase.
