For the past three weeks, Saint Vincent College has been the site of intense training camp sessions for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Linebacker T.J. Watt described it as one of the most physical camps he has experienced. "Physicality, intensity it's been great. It really has," Watt said. "We've gotten the most out of training camp. It's been a lot of fun."
Watt emphasized that setting a rigorous tone during training camp is crucial for achieving their goals later in the season. "It's huge. You set the tone now for what you want to do in January and February," he noted.
One highlight of the camp has been its balance, with both offense and defense showing significant improvement. "Absolutely, the improvement has been on both sides," Watt said.
