Steelers Director of Player Development Darrel Young has been appointed to the AFC staff for this year's Pro Bowl Games. He will serve as one of the Heads of Player Engagement alongside Marcus Pollard, who is the Director of Player Engagement and Youth Football for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The AFC staff will be led by Hall of Famer Peyton Manning as head coach. The team also includes Cincinnati Bengals receivers coach Troy Walters as offensive coordinator and Tennessee Titans linebackers coach Frank Bush as defensive coordinator.

Five players from the Steelers are set to participate in the Pro Bowl Games. Kicker Chris Boswell, safety Minkah Fitzpatrick, defensive tackle Cameron Heyward, and linebacker T.J. Watt have been selected as starters. Additionally, special teams player Miles Killebrew has been named as an injury replacement.

This year marks a change from the traditional Pro Bowl game to the Pro Bowl Games format. The event will conclude with an AFC vs. NFC Flag Game at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida on Sunday, February 2.
