The Pittsburgh Steelers have announced the release of wide receiver Scotty Miller from their active roster. The move was made public on Thursday.
Miller joined the Steelers with a one-year contract during the offseason. Throughout the current season, he has participated in 13 games, starting in one of them. His contributions include five receptions totaling 69 yards.
Over his six-season NFL career, Miller has played in 80 games. He has accumulated 90 receptions for a total of 1,154 yards and scored six touchdowns.
