The NFL is set to host its Front Office & General Manager Accelerator Program from December 9-11 at the league meeting in Irving, Texas. The Pittsburgh Steelers have announced that Quentin Harris, their Senior Personnel Assistant, will be among the participants.
Harris brings 18 years of NFL scouting experience to his role with the Steelers, having joined them after a lengthy tenure with the Arizona Cardinals from 2008 to 2024. During his time with the Cardinals, he held several positions, including Vice President of Player Personnel for three seasons.
He also served as Director of Player Personnel from 2019 to 2020, Director of Pro Scouting from 2013 to 2018, Assistant Pro Personnel Director from 2010 to 2012, and Pro Scout from 2008 to 2009.
Harris previously participated in the inaugural NFL's Coach and Front Office Accelerator program during the offseason and regular season of 2022. This year's event marks the sixth iteration of this program and follows a similar Coach Accelerator held earlier in Nashville.
The program selects highly qualified candidates across player personnel, football operations, and assistant general manager roles. Participants engage in leadership development workshops and networking sessions led by academic leaders and industry experts. These activities aim to equip them with insights and tools for future leadership roles within the NFL.
The Steelers expressed pride in Harris representing them at this event, acknowledging his readiness for top roles within the league.
