Census Bureau: More women than men in Pittsburgh in 2020

Of the 301,286 people living in Pittsburgh in 2020, 51 percent (153,676) were women and 49 percent (147,610) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Pittsburgh Review.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 1,940. In the 65 and over age range, there were 27,233 females and 17,946 males.
