The Pittsburgh Steelers continued to adjust their roster on Monday as they approach the league’s deadline to finalize a 53-man squad by Tuesday, August 26 at 4 p.m.

One of the most notable changes was the termination of veteran punter Cameron Johnston. The team also released several players across different positions.

On defense, defensive lineman Kyler Baugh, linebackers Mark Robinson and Julius Welschof, and defensive backs D’Shawn Jamison and Daryl Porter were among those let go. Offensive moves included releasing offensive linemen Steve Jones and Aiden Williams, tight end JJ Galbreath, running back Lew Nichols, and wide receivers Max Hurleman and Lance McCutcheon. Special teams saw kicker Ben Sauls and punter Cameron Johnston removed from the roster.
