The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed linebacker Jeremiah Moon to a one-year contract. Moon initially joined the Steelers after being claimed off waivers from the Baltimore Ravens at the end of the 2023 season. During the 2024 season, Moon played in 13 games for the Steelers, starting one. He recorded two tackles on defense and contributed seven tackles on special teams.

Jeremiah Moon began his NFL journey as an undrafted free agent signed by the Ravens following the 2022 NFL Draft. His rookie year was spent on the Ravens’ practice squad. In 2023, he was part of both the active roster and the practice squad, appearing in eight games with one start. Moon completed the 2023 season with a total of 10 tackles, which included four solo stops and one tackle for a loss, in addition to two special teams tackles and a forced fumble.

Over the past three seasons, Moon has participated in 21 games, starting in two. His record includes 12 tackles, a forced fumble, and nine special teams tackles.

Notably, Moon’s single-game defensive highs include five total tackles against the Indianapolis Colts on September 24, 2023, and four tackles against the Pittsburgh Steelers on January 6, 2024. His performances also feature a forced fumble and tackle for loss during the game against the Steelers on January 6, 2024. Special teams highlights for Moon include recording two tackles against the Philadelphia Eagles on December 15, 2024.
