The NFL is set to gather in Mobile, Alabama, this week for the 2025 Senior Bowl practices starting Tuesday. This college all-star game attracts coaches and front office members from across the league due to its significance. Last year, 110 of the 257 players selected in the NFL Draft had participated in the Senior Bowl.

Notably, the Pittsburgh Steelers’ first four draft picks in 2024—Troy Fautanu, Zach Frazier, Roman Wilson, and Payton Wilson—were part of last year’s Senior Bowl. The team has consistently selected players from this event since Mike Tomlin became head coach in 2007.

The practices provide an opportunity for coaches to evaluate players beyond game performance by observing their preparation and ability to follow on-field instructions. Steelers’ head coach Mike Tomlin and general manager Omar Khan are expected at the practices this week.

Practices will occur from Tuesday through Thursday at Hancock Whitney Stadium on South Alabama University’s campus. “SNR Drive” will broadcast live from Monday through Thursday on Steelers Nation Radio.

The game itself will be held Saturday at Hancock Whitney Stadium and broadcast on NFL Network. Although some players who participated in last week’s NCAA National Championship Game have withdrawn, a strong lineup remains for both offensive and defensive positions.

Offensive linemen confirmed include Josh Conerly Jr., Aireontae Ersery, Armand Membou, and Jonah Savaiinaea. Defensive linemen like Shemar Stewart, Nic Scourton, Walter Nolen, Princely Umanmielen, Deone Walker, and Landon Jackson will also participate.

Despite Will Howard’s absence among quarterbacks, Jaxson Dart, Jalen Milroe, Dillon Gabriel, Riley Leonard, and Tyler Shough are slated to showcase their skills.
