U.S. Representative Summer Lee, who serves Pennsylvania’s 12th district, recently posted a series of statements on her social media account addressing local community engagement, Black History Month, and allegations against former President Donald Trump.

On February 2, 2026, Lee made allegations concerning former President Donald Trump’s business dealings: “Trump is accepting money from foreign governments to line his own pockets and boost his family’s company in exchange for access to our chip technology. Summer Lee has served in Congress since 2023 after succeeding Mike Doyle. Before her election to Congress, she represented Pennsylvania’s 34th district in the state House from 2019 through 2022. Born in Pittsburgh in 1987 and currently residing in Swissvale at age 35, Lee earned a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor from Howard University.
