Penguins announce schedule of ten home games through end of March

The Pittsburgh Penguins, currently second in the Metropolitan Division with a 29-15-12 record, will play 10 home games at PPG Paints Arena through the end of March following the Olympic break. Tickets for these games, including six on weekends, are available for purchase.

The team resumes play on February 26 against the New Jersey Devils at 7:00 PM. The first 7,500 fans will receive a Check Your Heart Oven Mitt provided by UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute. Special ticket packages are offered for First Responders Night, which includes a hat, and Penn State University Night—part of four remaining College Series Nights—featuring a co-branded quarter zip.

March begins with Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood Day presented by U.S. Steel on March 1 as the Penguins face the Vegas Golden Knights at 1:00 PM. This event honors Pittsburgh television icon Fred Rogers.

On March 5 at 7:00 PM, the Buffalo Sabres visit for Margaritaville Night. The first 7,500 attendees get a Hawaiian Shirt from Levin Furniture & Mattress. Fans can buy special packages that include either a Margaritaville Cooler Backpack or an HBO Max’s The Pitt Full Zip Hoodie as part of HBO Max’s The Pitt Night. Entertainment includes live music from The Suns of Beaches Band and an appearance by an African Penguin from the National Aviary during the Penguins Pledge Game presented by U.S. Steel.

Back-to-back rivalry games take place on March 7 and March 8 against the Philadelphia Flyers (5:30 PM) and Boston Bruins (4:30 PM). All fans attending on March 7 receive a Team Yearbook courtesy of Highmark. On March 8, Irish Heritage Night coincides with Sticks and S.T.E.M., featuring interactive booths and special ticket packages for children that include lab coats, a S.T.E.M. Passport, and prize packs from PPG.

Weekend afternoon games continue with matchups against the Winnipeg Jets (March 21 at 1:00 PM) and Carolina Hurricanes (March 22 at 3:00 PM). On March 21, F.N.B presents Kris Letang Big Three Legacy Bobblehead to honor one of the franchise’s key players; this game is also supported by Tender Care Learning Centers. Her Hockey Day takes place on March 22 with special shirts designed by fan Alana Lipham available via ticket package; Run Club Day packages include running hats.

Nathan MacKinnon leads the Colorado Avalanche into Pittsburgh on March 24 at 7:00 PM in their only visit this season. U.S. Steel sponsors this game and hosts local students through Reading Champions; University of Pittsburgh Night features co-branded merchandise.

On March 28 at 5:00 PM, Country Night brings a matchup against the Dallas Stars with ticket packages offering Penguins branded cowboy hats. Additional themed nights include Medical Worker Appreciation Night (branded backpack), Union Strong Night (branded hat), and Kent State University Night (co-branded quarter zip).

The month concludes when Detroit Red Wings visit on March 31 at 7:00 PM. Carnegie Mellon University Night offers co-branded quarter zips while Cheer and Dance Night provides scrunchie sets via ticket package options; Organ Donation Night is presented by UPMC alongside Dollar Hot Dog promotions.

Season memberships for the upcoming year are now available with benefits such as exclusive gifts and interest-free payment plans.

The Pittsburgh Penguins have been recognized for their Hall of Fame players, coaches, executives, numerous playoff appearances, division titles, strong community ties in Pittsburgh sports culture, and are owned by Fenway Sports Group which manages business operations. Home games take place at PPG Paints Arena in downtown Pittsburgh.
