On Sunday, March 30, former Central Catholic High School standout Will Ray’s current college team, the Wake Forest Deacons, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Virginia Tech Hokies.

The game took place at David F. Couch Ballpark. This was their third matchup against the Hokies this season.

The Deacons’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 7 p.m. at Kannapolis Atrium Health Ballpark against High Point Panthers.
