On Friday, May 30, former Central Catholic High School standout Gavin Kelly’s current collegiate team the West Virginia Mountaineers won 4-3 against the Kentucky Wildcats in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Doug Kingsmore Stadium at 2:45 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Kentucky Wildcats in the tournament.

The West Virginia Mountaineers’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 31 at 6:05 p.m. at Doug Kingsmore Stadium.
