Donald Parham Jr., a tight end, has joined the Pittsburgh Steelers during the 2025 offseason. His signing occurred before the start of free agency, marking a new chapter in his professional football career.

Parham previously spent four seasons with the Los Angeles Chargers from 2020 to 2023. During this period, he participated in 47 regular-season games and started in 23 of them. In total, he accumulated 67 receptions for 764 yards and scored 11 touchdowns. Additionally, Parham appeared in one postseason game for the Chargers, where he recorded four receptions for 23 yards. In 2024, he was part of the Denver Broncos practice squad.

Before his time with the Chargers, Parham played for the Dallas Renegades in the XFL. He stood out as the league’s top tight end by securing 24 receptions for 307 yards and scoring four touchdowns over five games. These achievements placed him third among all XFL players in terms of yardage.

Parham’s college career at Stetson University was notable as well. In his senior year, he earned first-team All-American honors by catching 85 passes for 1,319 yards and achieving 13 touchdowns. He led both FBS and FCS tight ends in these categories that season.

Football runs deep in Parham’s family history. His father Donald and uncle Roger played at Albany State, while another uncle, Eric Gallon, had stints at Kansas State and with the New England Patriots. Two other uncles, Eddie Gallon and Edward Gallon, also played college football.
