On Sunday, March 2, former Pittsburgh Science And Technology Academy 6-12 standout Chad Helwich’s current college team, the California Vulcans, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Northwood Timberwolves.

The game took place at Northeast Regional Park. This was their first matchup against the Timberwolves this season.

The Vulcans’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 3 at 4:45 p.m. at Lake Myrtle Park against Tiffin Dragons.
