Current NFL players have voted on their Top 100 Players of 2025, and Cameron Heyward, a defensive tackle for the Pittsburgh Steelers, has been ranked No. 83. Heyward was previously ranked No. 98 in 2024 and No. 45 in 2023.
Heyward’s performance last year included starting all 17 games and recording 71 tackles, with eight sacks and other notable stats. He was named Associated Press First-Team All-Pro and selected to the Pro Bowl Games for the seventh time.
A key player for the Steelers defense, Heyward has been a captain for ten seasons and played in 211 career games. He ranks second in team history with 88.5 career sacks.
The NFL Top 100 is a series produced by NFL Films featuring episodes that highlight the league’s top players as voted by current NFL players. This year’s edition will run through August, leading up to the start of the season.
